APE ARENA

When I joined Ape Arena I was extremely out of shape, lazy, unmotivated, and had a terrible diet. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I joined but it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. At the Ape, you don’t just get expertly designed workout routines, personalized nutrition coaching, and top of the line equipment. You will also be taking part in an uplifting culture that will allow you to experience a complete shift in your mindset. Everyone is kind, encouraging, and just wants to see each other do well. That includes the other members, the amazing coaches, and the incredible staff. It took me a lot of time to realize that if you can set goals for yourself and stay consistent with your diet and showing up to classes, Ape Arena will take care of the rest. I have never felt as physically and mentally good as I do now and I will always be grateful to Ape Arena for guiding me to where I am in my health and fitness journey.

Considered this gym but the guy I had the initial interview with was a little annoying with the sell. He made it seem like if you didn’t join the gym you were weak and sensitive (not the word he used). I’m active duty military, I’m fine with raunchy but it doesn’t have to be your entire personality. This works for some people but not really my type of gym. The facility was cool though.

Amazing gym! It's everything you are looking for, whether it's to looseweight, gain muscle, get toned, get stronger, become a better athlete, release some stress APE has a program for you. Everyone is super friendly, I have made so many new friends here a APE ARENA.

I joined Ape Arena in June 2021 and it has been one of the best choices of my life. I started with the 6 weeks challenge because I’d gained so much weight during the pandemic and couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror. I didn’t beat the challenge, but I decided to keep coming because of the incredibly supportive staff, coaches, and members. It’s true when people say that there is a real community here. I’ve lost over 40 pounds, dropped 18% body fat, and have gained so much strength, especially after completing Coach Jess’ Fittest Woman Camp this year. Beyond the physical changes, I’ve gained so much mentally. I’m a happier person with a higher self-esteem and sense of self-worth. Thank you so much for everything, Ape Arena.

owners are so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. never felt so comfortable in a place. my results are insane, I've dropped from size 14 to size 2 in 2, months. my confidence and mental strength is off the charts. I feel so good these days.Thanks ape arena

Awesome gym, great people, knowledgeable coaches. The original reason I joined the gym was to support my husband on his health journey but ended up really loving the variety of work outs, they keep you on your toes. Been part of the gym for a year now and it’s a great environment filled with awesome people who encourage you to want to be your best. I’m loving how my clothes are fitting now, before I had given in to the fact that the way I was was my reality but joining Ape Arena has opened my eyes to what’s possible.
