i like going really early in the morning. the location i visit is small, but well kept. it has what need. i wish it offered classes, but im not sure if planet fitness does that kind of thing.

The upgrade of equipment was a huge plus . The staff has always been accomodating. The problem I have is with the tanning bed. That piece of equipment has way outlived it's days. It tilets to one side , smells , the platform is never clean(seriously, I don't even want to wear my socks in it I feel so disgusted) I have complained about this numerous times. Written emails, mentioned to staff. I know that they clean and they are busy. My guess ? I bet there are a few staff members that do all the cleaning while the rest sit around and commune. The bulbs don't seem to be changed out regularly and the music is pure static. Please , please update the tanning bed. I am almost ready to move to Crunch $10 per month and they have amazing tanning booths with private CLEAN rooms. However, I am loyal to Planet Fitness, I've been a patron there for 15 years or more. I don't want to leave.
