So I’ve been to many studios and I really like this one. Crystal at the front was so sweet and informative, and sherry is a tough cookie really good instructor. Lol but a great experience over all. Thank god for crystal she brought a sound system when the music was down and I would’ve been so irritated if I had to work out with no music.

Was running late due to little car accident, was within grace period, class had started already, I wanted to warm up, and instructor noticed I wasn't following along and very rudely asked if I was in the same class, I tried to explain myself and she rudely responded with "I'm not late you are late". I canceled my membership and will never return to this place as long they have rude and unprofessional instructors.

I’ve been a loyal member for years and just had the WORST experience with the instructor from todays class! I had never felt such micro aggression and IMMEDIATELY cancelled my membership. I go to Pilates to release from my everyday stress and not to be judged and made fun of PUBLICLY!!!

I signed up looking forward to a new experience. I do love it here BUT I'm a bit upset that after paying & committing to 3 months, all the classes I'm able to do are full for weeks! Nothing but "wait list's" so why do you make guests commit to 3 months? The entire reason for joining a club is to go at least weekly, not once or twice a month. Disappointing.

At the begggingin, seems like they don't understand my schedule. Then Vanessa comes and help me a lot to set at my schedule and in. While in vacation time! The best decision, I don't regreat. Excellent place to go!

I’m going to give you my experience and explain my rating. First, the teachers and staff are amazing. Everyone is very sweet, provide great instruction and always a pleasure to be around. The machines & equipment are good. This is why I give them 2 stars. Now why negative 3 stars. I would have done 2.5 but that’s not allowed. The other half of me is very disappointed with the policies of this company. I didn’t go for two weeks because I was having pain in my upper left abdomen. I tried to come back and was told it should help the pain. It didn’t it. Because I was paying $229 a month for a membership, and with the recommendation I figured I’d at least try to see if it helped. I had no idea what was wrong at the time and go figure neither did my doctor. A month went by and I was still in lots of pain and decided to cancel so I didn’t waste anymore money. Well they told be I had to give a certain amount of notice And I’d be billed again. No consideration for the fact I’m in pain, I can’t do this, and they charged me again. It bothers me that I paid almost $500 for nothing. That’s a lot of money especially when it was paid and I didn’t get anything for it and this company feels comfortable with that. When I did go regularly it was very hard to get in classes I wanted cause they do have an overload of members, but not enough space and classes to accommodate. This was another issue I encountered here. I highly recommend Pilates but I’m not too sure of club Pilates I feel like there’s not many options so we just have to go there. That is my experience, and I hope others have a better experience. Btw: I found out what the pain was, my spleen. There was no way pikates was going to fix that.

I've had a great experience here at club pilates, all instructors are wonderful. It's done a grand difference to my sciatica issues, so grateful. But make sure you book your classes very early on. When I book a month ahead(typically end of the previous month) I get into what fits my schedule best, if I wait, I'm waistlined and barley get into any classes. Also, please call to cancel a class ahead of time so you give others the opportunity to plan ahead if they are added into a class, it sucks to be added and be notifed close to the class start time. 😊

I have been going to classes (I have an unlimited membership) between here and the Redlands studio for about a year. I love the majority of the instructors and their classes but the problem is that the owner is constantly switching the schedules and instructors. Because of this, you will get into a good routine then in a few months things will change and most of the time it is for the worse. It's to the point now where I have gone from taking 5 classes a week to only being able to take 2 a week (3 if I'm lucky) because the availability of classes is hard to get into and/or the variety/quality of instructors in the afternoons has diminished (there is basically ony one afternoon instructor in Riverside and 2 good instructors in Redlands were replaced with 1 not so great instructor in the afternoons in Redlands) there are also no afternoon classes on Fridays at either studio. If you don't work and can take classes in the mornings then you will love the classes but will still have a hard time getting into them. If you work and can only take afternoon classes then your class quality is diminished greatly. I have e-mailed the owner about my concerns (as well as the concerns of other clients) and was given a BS response that I know was untruthful because I speak with a variety of instructors/staff at the 2 studios. At this point I am seriously considering suspending or canceling my membership all together and finding a studio or gym that better fits my needs and challenges me. Hopefully things will change soon and get back to the quality that I know club pilates is capable of and what made me fall in love with them in the beginning.

I started Pilates because I needed to change to low impact workouts. The last 2.5 years have changed my strength and health more than I could have imagined. As a middle aged woman, it has helped me remain healthy and fit as my life and body change. I love Club Pilates!
