Very good training grounds for your children especially toddlers. It helps my son to have the right motivation and discipline. Master Jeff and the rest of the team are handling the kids so well! Highly recommended also for the adult classes too!

This is a great place for the family. Master Jeff is wonderful with our kids. His demeanor is calm and patient which is so beneficial for my hyperactive son. The training is top notch and is what I would expect for the level of experience at this business. I also love that our young daughter is so excited to attend classes! Together our kids practice even after their classes, which shows me they really enjoy it. I highly recommend this business.

Master Jeff and all the instructors are great with my introverted 5 year old! They have given him so much confidence and tie everything they learn in class to how the kids should behave at home with family and in life in general.

I go to kicks every week and I am a 56 year old man who must say that they have taught me a lot. They are extremely patient with me and really go into detail in showing me how to do my moves properly no matter how many times it takes me to get it right. Kicks has also built up my stamina and helped me loose 25 lbs. Thank you and I would recommend this for everybody.

After hearing good things about Kicks from our friends we signed up all four of our boys. They simply love it and can't wait for the next training session. The entire staff is very respectful, professional and are AMAZING with kids. The confidence and discipline they get from this is invaluable... Highly recommended!!!
