We pay Hella money but are told that we have to wait for the ac to be fixed in basketball court. It's like playing in the sauna and the nice young lady at the front has no answer so I'm not going back to the hemet gym to play basketball or workout for a while

This place is VERY loud. Several groups of people blast their "music" on speakers, sometimes three groups competing including the sales staff.Delays repairing broken equipment, parts on order. Most equipment is probably twenty years old. Many people who go here are very lazy, entitled, as they don't put their weights or mats away when they're done with them. Also machine hogs, playing on their phones or "resting" rather than working. Two swim classes but otherwise the pool is open for laps or exercise. Be nice and share lanes as some are possessive. There's also a spa. There's a restroom with walk in shower near the pool room for handicapped use as well as locker rooms with showers and sauna, one for men, one for women.Staff cleans locker rooms, toilets, showers regularly but people can be slobs so it often looks trashed. Workout area and machines are cleaned regularly also and stray weights are reracked but the entitled ones leave the stuff they use all over the place like little children.Racketball and basketball courts are available but cost extra. Also Pilates and HIIT classes are available for extra cost. These classes are mostly morning & evening. Other classes include Zumba, body works (weights & cardio), Silver Sneakers, yoga.

Everything I was told was BS! I said I would pay the $49 w/ no initiation fee!!! Hector not only charged me the initiation fee,and the $49 monthly. He also didn't mention being charged annual fee in less then 2 months of being a member. My understanding of annual is a YEAR not 2 months!! No don't recommend your family or friends just end contract and OUT!

Mission grove location not doing well. There is never paper towels in the dispensers, and now they’ve removed two. Been this way for over a month. Showers are a bit gross. There were beer cans littered in the showers when I went to use. Lots of leaks in roof, many machines in need of service. Weekend hours of operation are few.

My first day working out here. Steven did a great job of kicking my butt during the workout.Jordan was pretty cool during the enrollment process. They have zumba, I think I'm gonna like it here!

Tried to charge me $20 after my workout when I went in with a FREE COMPLIMENTARY three day pass. When I debated it, the employee practically begged me to sign up for a membership. I said I wasnt satisfied by the equipment so he tried to show me pictures of other gyms to get me to sign up.

This is one of the dirtiest gyms I have ever been to. Men's locker rooms are constantly gross with garbage left everywhere. Showers have no privacy curtains. Showers are also filthy and look like they are rarely cleaned. Pretty sure there is mold growing in some of them. Toilets are usually gross and smell gross. While The workout area is usually decently clean there is no way to sanitize equipment after or before use. Weights are never racked properly and are everywhere. Treadmills seem vary outdated.
