I have had a private sound bath here and just came from a massage with Christina Booker. She was magical. I don’t know how her tiny hands were so strong, but she destroyed knots that I didn’t know that I had. She was kind and my massage was very healing. My sound bath was also terrific! The practitioner used a variety of different sounds that were extremely relaxing! I’m going back!

I am very disheartened to be having to leave 3 stars. If it wasn't for the spectacular instructors it would have been a 1. I am having so much trouble trying to reach their support team or their front desk staff regarding my membership. It has been an entire month where I have called on different times throughout the day and left voicemails and I have been unable to reach anyone or receive a call back. I have also emailed their support and have not received a response. The communication with their members is extremely poor and definitely needs improvement.

Awesome community focused yoga studio! Rouse does a great job building relationships between instructor and students. They also have combo classes that blend things like Reiki healing with yoga flows. Definitely recommend Rouse Yoga Studio if your'e into innovative yoga classes! (they have traditional classes as well lol)

I started my yoga journey 6 months ago with many physical ailments from having desk job for 35 years. I’m 56 and struggled with plantar fasciitis, sciatica and low back pain. I saw that this studio was open in near my home and took my free class. I’ve never looked back, my pain is gone and can honestly say that yoga has changed my life. The yoga instructors here are amazing and intuitive. I feel cared for even in a group setting. The instructors take the time to get to know you and your body so you’re progressing and improving in a way thats unique to you. It’s exciting to see my growth and the growth of the other students as we all improve together.

I have really come to enjoy both the physical and mental aspects of yoga. I started yoga several months ago due to years of commuting and sitting at a desk. I thought that the act of stretching and strengthening would be good for me. As good as the physical aspects have been, the mental aspects have been equally as good. The instructors have all been so caring and dedicated to making sure my practice of yoga has been enjoyable and beneficial. The community of other practitioners have all been so welcoming that I instantly felt a part of the studio. The class schedules vary greatly to fit my time needs and what I may want to work on that particular day. I so miss the physical effects, the mental clarity and the other practitioners when I am unable to attend. I highly recommend giving a class a try. You won’t regret it.
