Friendly staff and a good selection of equipment. It is small compared to the big commercial chained gyms but it is local and cozy. Clean and always welcoming. You see users of all ages.

Very well kept locally owned gym. Equipment is in great condition and there’s a lot to choose from. Issac the owner is a stand up guy and prices are very fair. Highly recommend over any other large gym

I highly recommend this place! It is a great environment to work out in because everyone is so friendly and it is small and homey. The gym has all the equipment that you might need, and also has showers and lockers. It is really fun to get to see familiar faces every-time you go in and it doesn't feel like a zoo (as opposed to a different gym up the road). You never have to sprint over to get a squat rack or the machine you want, it really is the near perfect gym! Plus on top of that the owner is SO friendly and always acknowledges you and remembers things about you, same goes for the rest of the employees. Everything about this place is great because they really care about it. 10/10 recommend.

They have plenty of equipment and weights. Place is set up with plenty of space too. 24 hour access is great, especially if you work shifts or otherwise prefer to work out earlier or later in the day. Price is also extremely reasonable.

Worked out here for years pre pandemic. Isaac has always been good to work with, the place stays clean and the new digs are a major upgrade.The only downside is it's now an extra10 minutes away in the opposite direction. It was 3 minutes away along my usual path.The improvement in size and amenities makes it worth the extra travel.

Super thankful for this gym! I feel comfortable working out as oppose to the big corporation gyms.The staff and owner are welcoming AMD beyond helpful. If I am using a machine wrong, they do not hesitate to help me out! They also give you tips go better target your muscles.The gym is always clean and offers a variety of classes for a very inexpensive few! Just when you think it doesn't get better, it does. The gym is 24 HOURS🙌I recommend to make the switch!!
