Joined the intro unlimited month plan and I'm loving it! The studio isn't huge but it's intimate and that works! Plus all the extras that they offer makes it a great cozy place ✨️ Especially love the protein smoothies.

Hustle Haven is a one of a kind fitness and wellness abyss in Roanoke. Best hot yoga and rhythm based cycling you’re going to find in the area. Lots of classes to choose from for the whole spectrum of fitness levels and no shortage of great instructors to lead and motivate you. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Hustle Haven for about six months and I’d recommend their classes. For a small studio they offer a large variety of classes. The spectrum goes from “HIIT” style yoga sculpt classes to slow flow classes that are relaxing and meditative. Their cycle classes are energetic and fun too.

Hustle/Haven is a supportive and welcoming community. The instructors encourage you to experience the class at the level of intensity your body needs on that specific day. The new client specials are a great way to try different classes and find the right fit for you.

Hustle/Haven is such an unique place in the Roanoke valley filled with wonderful, encouraging individuals. My favorite part of H/H is the expectation to do what is best for your body and mind that day while in class. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try yoga or cycling!! You won’t be disappointed.

Hustle/Haven is a true gem in Roanoke. I struggled finding a place to work out because gyms are intimidating and lack guidance. This wonderful place is everything a gym is not. The instructors and staff are patient, supportive, and overall just the best people. I’ve gained so much mentally and physically here. If you’re a woman looking for a community - this is the place.

This is by Far one of the best gyms I've been a part of. Being a beginner yogi and not having done a spin class in years, I felt very welcome and taken care of immediately. It is hard to find a gym where you feel like the trainers won't think you as a number and are very willing to Help you when you ask for modifications. For someone who has been a member of several gyms in the area (Burn, Ferguson, Orange Theory < all great actually), this is the one I think will be my forever fit. I love the staff, the potions bar, and the classes of course. For a spin/yoga studio, there's a huge variety of classes and times in the day to choose from. I'm so happy I found them!

since I’ve been attending classes for a few months now at the “hustle haven” or girlboss haven as I like to call it, I’d like to write a fair and honest review of both the good and bad about this place. (all the reviews are 5 stars so far… no way lol)to get the negatives out of the way: some of the other clients here and even instructors for that matter were definitely high school bullies. People are rude, closed off and rare to return a smile when you’re not part of their clique, and you can be sure there are adult cliques here. Some of the employees can be condescending, dismissive and very fake. You have to have a certain image to be accepted here. If you’re not that image, or if you’re not a super extrovert, you will feel unwelcome. The owner, London, is not an overly friendly person. That’s fine, it’s not her personality type but it doesn’t always make for the best experience for patrons. With that being said, to discuss the positives, London obviously works hard to find knowledgeable employees and keep girlboss haven running like a well oiled machine. Every class instructor is very prepared and knows the class they are teaching well. The classes are good, and worth paying the hefty price tag for. The space is clean and aesthetically appealing. It is, however, a very small space and there will be many awkward encounters trying to fetch your stuff out of the crowded area after class. Overall, there are many elements to consider at hustle haven. If you’re a spiritual, carefree or counterculture person you may not fit in here even though it’s a yoga studio. it’s very much rich cliquey whites vibes… so I guess you decide for yourself if you’re into that

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I have not worked out since having my daughter and have had no interest in going to a gym. I had heard about Hustle Heaven and always wanted to try a class and finally took the plunge! I am so happy I did. I had a wonderful cycle class with Courtney and feel amazing. So excited!
