Uttara is a great yoga studio - the best in town! It has been instrumental in improving my life and well being in many ways: through the nice variety of classes, trainings, teachers and workshops I have learned so much and met the best people in town.

I can't say enough good things about Uttara and Jill! I started attending classes about 4 months ago, and even though I would never have thought of myself as a "yoga" person, I am completely addicted- it is the highlight of my week. I always leave feeling both mentally and physically refreshed. Jill is a rare individual- completely dedicated to her calling, but also funny and real. Don't wait, go!
