Once the gyms re-opened, I tried returning several times only to find that face masks were not being enforced and no additional cleaning supplies or hand sanitizers were installed. I understand gyms were facing tough times and spoke to the manager about putting my membership on hold until I felt comfortable returning. The manager said that was not an option and that I'd have to pay for the remainder of my membership. I said that I wasn't interested in paying for something that I couldn't use and furthermore, wanted to return once I felt it was safe or they were able to enforce the face mask policy which they had posted on the door. The manager became angry, very unprofessional and actually hung-up on me! Now, they sent my account to a collection agency. Be aware of this location and how they treat their customers. They don't even deserve 1-star! Terrible customer service and no additional measures taken to ensure a healthy environment.

This gym has the right feel or "vibe" as my teenage son likes to say. The manager Geoff is so helpful and gets back to you quickly. The trainers have been working with my son and he is seeing a big improvement in his progress! All the equipment you need!Stop in and check it out! Tell Geoff I sent you!😉

For some reason my old review was deleted, but I will say it again: this gym is absolutely fantastic. The facility and equipment is always clean, everything is always in good condition, and has everything I need. Shout out to Geoff, best gym manager I've ever met!

Before signing up to this location, please read the cancellation policy( which they showed me only after the cancellation request was raised) . No response for months when you send cancellation request!!!!I somehow got out from this place with a huge cancellation fee.This place is clean bcoz its a new facility.

I wouldnt sign up for anytime fitness even if it meant being the last gym on earth. Extremely overpriced and almost having no equipment. This gym is a joke. Seriously dont sign up for it and if you do because it's your last exhausted option. Read the contract and itll change your mind.
