I was skeptical when I first joined but can honestly say I love Club Pilates. I find the classes to be challenging yet calming at the same time. It feels good to stretch and get stronger. I look forward to classes and really like the instructors.

It's not a secret that I find Pilates to be one of the best exercise forms for overall strength and mental well being. I've been telling my friends and whoever asks me me for years since I've been using Pilates for more than 30 years now! I was in an auto accident when I was young and needed exercise to strengthen my back to avoid surgery. Thank God I discovered Pilates ! Now in my 80's I still do quite well with almost any activities because my body has been tuned up with all forms of Pilates over the years! Hopefully I can continue doing it for many years yet!

I've been doing Club Pilates here for over a year and I have a lot more strength and endurance. The classes are never routine, there's always something new in every class. I go about 4 times a week. I've recently tried a new class , Cardio Sculpt, and it's so much fun!
