Best decision ever joining the Rochester Hills Fit Body Boot Camp! I’ve never been a fan of the gym scene, but at Fit Body, they offer relaxed smaller class sizes and a high intensity 30-minute workout designed & led by trained fitness coaches. At Fit Body everyone is treated like family!

Best workout!! High energy, fun and challenging. Everyone is welcome and will feel encouraged. I highly recommend giving it a try, you will not regret it. You will always leave feeling great. Each class is only 30 minutes long and different each time. The coaches are amazing and so are all the people that are part of the FBBC community. Come join the fun!

I am new to this gym and they have been so welcoming! I love the consistent 5:30 am classes, the encouraging coaches and the variety of workouts. Each day is different and leaves you feeling strong! Plus if you sign up for the challenges you get a nutritional plan customized for you and guidance from your personal coach. So happy I made the switch to this gym and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym!

I've been going to the 6:30 session in the morning. It's a perfect time to get a half hour workout in and start your day off right. The coaches here put together a great non-repetitive 30 minute workout. They're encouraging fun and friendly. With motivation and a great attitude the rest of my day goes smoothly.
