I asked to pause my membership then cancel it, but of course, they had to put through one last charge. I followed up multiple times via text. I wish they had a better online portal where you can cancel in your account and not have to follow up with the owners. I cancelled b/c the price isn't worthwhile and it is not quite close enough to my home. Supposedly I got in with an early deal, but they always get you with the fine print. I don't think it's hard to just say "hey IF you're going to cancel, do this within x days".Edited to add to owner response: I texted and you said you would credit me and only now are you stating a 60 day policy after I provide a bad review. My review stands as a warning for a poor cancellation policy and process. Looks like the other 1 star reviewer had the same issue.

Love working out in the heat. and it’s less than an hour so it’s easy to fit in my schedule.

Great place to work out but not worth the cost. Make sure you give 60 days notice to cancel membership otherwise it is $99 to cancel. This is not explained when I signed up for a 3 month membership and when I decide to not sign up for another 3 months I either had to pay for 2 months at $54 each month or cancel for $99

Thank you Madie ! You are a sparkling star helping me with all my questions .Joined in November last year .I stopped in today to ask a few questions regarding the equipment and training sessions . As always ,I am greeted with warm smile and enthusiasm. New gym takes time to learn the equipment and navigating systems . I hope that leaving this reviewwill encourage others to try this new workout ! Positive energy + extraordinary work out .

Highly recommend this place for anyone considering joining, the infrared sauna has so many amazing health benefits & leaves you feeling energized as well as helping with recovery. Staff is also super kind, & they’re open 24 hours which is great for people who usually work until late in the night like me & still need to get their workouts in!

Seriously my new favorite gym! The staff is so sweet, & the facility is super clean. I could sit in the sauna for hours after my workout. Highly recommend :)

Such a great feeling when you finishing working out here! I love how there’s a variety of workouts to choose from and they’re all guided. Doing them inside of the sauna really does feel like you’re accelerating your results. The staff is also friendly and helpful!

Truly the best gym around. Infrared workouts which has amazing health benefits and will genuinely make you feel great afterwards!! This facility is so clean which makes coming here even more worthwhile! 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing facilities with the best people. The infrared saunas have amazing benefits so I know I’m doing my body a great service beyond a simple workout. I always leave feeling refreshed rather than exhausted. Truly a unique workout experience in a very clean and friendly environment.

If I could give a higher rating, I would! The staff is so professional, welcoming and friendly and the studio itself is extremely clean/sanitary. I love the convenience of being able to come and go as I please with the studio's 24-7 accessibility. Also, the variety of classes offered in 15 minute increments makes it so easy to get 2+ different workouts in. Even if you opt for just one session, I would not underestimate how engaging and effective a workout that's as short as 15 minutes can be on your mind and body!If you are thinking about joining, I would highly recommend that you do!
