Very clean, friendly staff, lots of cardio equipment, and not very busy when I went at 9:30am. I tried this gym on a day pass and would join.

A few of us utilize the open gym membership during our lunch hour and it's very convenient being close to the office. Has everything you need for a good workout, and the owners are great too.

I've been going to Linked Fit for 4+ years, taking advantage of group training classes. I love going in every day because they do a great job of keeping the workouts challenging while also customizing exercises to meet your specific fitness level, goals, or limitations. I literally can turn my brain off knowing that the Linked Fit team has designed a highly effective workout.All the trainers are great, but Alex and Dane specifically bring tons of energy, are approachable, and knowledgeable. I've leaned on their expertise a lot after coming back from some injuries.Lastly, the gym atmosphere is for everyone. There are all fitness levels, ages, etc., but everyone is supportive and inclusive. So whether you are just starting your fitness journey or looking to push your performance, you will find a home here.I highly recommend joining the Linked Fit family.

I have been working with Dane and Alex for two years. They are very knowledgeable, listen to your goals, and check in with you frequently about your program. The online coaching program is convenient and accessible where ever you like to workout. If you have a vacation planned during when you normally workout they will modify the days you wish to workout and the exercises based on the equipment that is available to you.
