I love the intensity of the workout and the fact that it is go, go, go, and never stops. I like how we switch between platforms (tread, rower, floor/weights), and that every workout is different, even if I come in the same day(s) each week. The coaches are great, the vibe is great, and I see great results. Even though some may say the ~55 min workout is "long", it really isn't because it goes by so fast since you are on the go through the entire workout. Finally, you can go at your own pace and there is no intimidation from the coaches or other folks working out. People should not feel intimidated or worried to start this workout. Just do it.

OTF is a great place t work out at! The workouts are challenging, always different and I always have a good time doing them. The coaches are amazing and are passionate about what they do! They make me want to work harder! Everyone at OTF is welcoming- from the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave after having worked out. Having done many types of workouts and attending many different clubs, I feel that OTF is the place for me! I know that we will have a long relationship!

OTF is a great way to get a quality workout in 54 minutes! The full body workout is second to none when it comes to targeting endurance, strength and power. Being a cyclist, it is a great way to target the core to get that extra bit of power.

Awesome workout experience. The coaches are very positive and take time to get to know everyone's names. Always an invigorating workout with a good variety of strength, endurance, and power exercises. The trainers take the intimidation out of working out by ensuring each muscle group is being worked out (without you having to plan it), as well as explaining each exercise (and helping when you are lost).

Best workout ever! Orange Theory has been the best decision I've ever made. The workout is challenging, fun, and provides a nice variety of cardio and weight lifting. I highly recommend joining Orange Theory if you're looking for a good unique workout that will work your entire body. The coaches are amazing and make the entire experience even better. The Rochester location is my absolute favorite; you should totally give it a try since you get your first workout for free!
