PIT Fitness changed my life! As a mom of two young boys and a very demanding career, I wasn’t sure if I would be able in incorporate a regular workout routine with my busy schedule. I did it and it is so worth it! My energy levels have increased significantly, I’ve become a better mom and wife as a result. A few months after joining PIT, I decided to do the 6 week challenge. It was the easiest weight loss program I’ve tried and I lost over 17 lbs. Ryan, Andrea and Caitlyn are awesome trainers who truly care! If you are looking for a gym that will challenge you with absolutely zero judgement, PIT is the place for you!

I went to PIT Fitness for the 6 week challenge and lost 15.8 pounds! From the start, they set you up with everything you need to achieve the goal and coached you along the way. I feel way more energetic and my clothes fit a whole lot better! Thank you to Andrea, Ryan, and Caitlyn for all their help throughout the challenge.

I have been a member for several years, and they have managed to keep me healthy and moving thru 2 self-inflicted injuries. The trainers are great at passing out accommodations.

I started PIT-Fitness since Jan of 2023 and then I recently did the 6 week challenge. Their 30 mins HIIT classes worked the best for me initially since I started exercising after a long gap. I have now started their bootcamp and strength training classes and they are super fun.The 6 week challenge was the push I needed to get closer to my goals. It got me to a routine for following a meal plan, walking, exercising 5 times a week which includes making it to the class atleast 3 times a week and working out at home. I lost 17.6 lbs. through this challenge. Gordy and Andrea followed up and kept me motivated through the challenge.I am now even more motivated to work towards my goal.Gordy, Andrea and Caitlyn - You are the best!!!

I joined PIT Fitness for the 6 week program as someone who worked a desk job and barely worked out. Everything I needed to do for a successful transformation was given at the start of the program (what to eat, work out 5x, walking in the morning). All I had to do was stay consistent and see it through. That's exactly what I did, and I lost 6.6 pounds. The changes I see on my body are even more significant than the number on the scale. My clothes fit a whole lot better! With a successful 6 week transformation, I signed up to continue at PIT Fitness. Thank you to Andrea, Ryan, and Caitlyn for all their guidance in nutrition and providing me with modified exercises with regards to my health condition!!

*reposting since somehow my review from 2021 disappeared.This gym use to be 5 stars, but once ownership changed from VIP to PIT it went downhill. Hours weren’t consistent. The length of classes went down. Trainers left and members left.I did their 1st shred program and was voted by members as the winner. I had to rely on myself and personal relationships with trainers outside the program to get the results I was seeking. I was awarded My prize of a 2 month figure camp. When I didn’t sign up any further for more the owners Andrea and Gordy (Ryan) did the following after only a month into my prize: I now no longer had a 2 Month prize. I now had a one month gift. They could change what I won from a prize to a gift. And that they don’t need to honor what everyone was told I had won. And that I should be grateful they purchased a businesses assets and continued my contract for as long as they did.*many members did not receive as much as I was able to get after the ownership changed hands.The owners need to take some business classes. Prices shouldn’t be different based on members paying for the same programs. Hours should be consistent and not changing monthly. Who closes a gym during the winter holiday break so they can go on vacation?! Most people who work were looking forward to working out on their vacation in a gym they paid for, but instead were told it was going to be closed without so much as a weeks warning. And no reimbursement for the abrupt closing for the owners to go on vacation during weeks members had paid for classes.If you’re looking to spend a lot of money and have unreliable gym hours, with trainers that don’t stay than this place might be for you.

I have been going to PIT fitness for years and they have been a game changer for me. Before PIT I was never one who went to the gym regularly...now it is a priority. Andrea and Ryan are great trainers (along with the other trainers) and they truly make you feel like you're part of a family. They are very knowledgeable in fitness and they push you to reach your goals. I totally would recommend to ANYONE regardles if you are just starting your fitness journey or have been working out regularly. They have workouts for everyone. Andrea and Ryan provide a fun environment and eveyone there is non judgmental.

My wife and I have been members there for years, and could not imagine not having the opportunity to work out there. The variety of workouts that Ryan, and Andrea provide for their members is great. No matter what your fitness level you will feel at home at PIT it is definitely a family atmosphere.

I have always loved working out but never got motivation to go to the gym because I wouldn't be sure what to do, or I would be lazy. However, I wanted to try something different and attend a trial class at PIT-Fitness AND LET ME TELL YOU IT WAS AWESOME!! I had such a good time and such a good workout!! Shortly after the trail, I signed up for the most recent month long challenge and have seen such amazing results in just a month!! Andrea and Ryan are so encouraging and truly make me believe I can achieve any of my goals! They have helped mentally with encouragement but also with the nutrition aspect of working out and I am so grateful for their help! If you are considering trying out any of their classes I couldn't recommend it more! Everyone at PIT wants you to succeed and are more than willing to work with you to make that happen!!

Andrea and Ryan are AMAZING trainers!!! Not only are they that, they are AMAZING business owners and humans all the way around! I have been there since 2016, when it use to be VIP!! I have known them a long time!! It’s my second home really, they make you feel welcome all the time, they work with me whenever I have a issue! The trainers are amazing as well, everyone is so close and there is absolutely NO JUDGMENT there like you would see at any other gym. Thanks for everything you do and thank you to all the amazing trainers at PIT for always pushing me to go further❤️❤️Please don’t ever change, keep being the beautiful souls that you all are!!#PITFITNESS for life ❤️🥰💪💪
