This is the best Planet Fitness to workout at, the Manager leads her staff in a possible motivating way. The gym is always clean and the staff are always friendly.

It's Planet Fitness so that part is a no brainer. The staff is always helpful, responsive and knowlagable. The facility is always clean, as well the equipment. I have always felt my best when leaving and outside my routine it's the staff and excellent representation of PF's mission statement.

Lots of equipments. Well maintained. Friendly Staff. People are mindful of others. Everyone cleans the equipments and seats after use. But, I will never understand why they have candy at welcome counter?

I've been a member of PF for 7+ yrs or so and enjoy using this gym as its now my closest location. I usually go after work during the dinner hour, and it is busy but not overly crowded as in other locations during peek times. The young lady who is a manager during the days seems very friendly and attentive to guests. Most of the staff is also friendly, especially the girls who scan in and are up front. My only "small" complaints were regarding the WiFi which would not reach certain areas of the gym, and some of the training equipment being a little outdated. However, as of lately the WiFi works fine, and the equipment is either being refreshed or replaced. Keep in mind PF as a whole is an extremely affordable gym(s) so I don't expect top of the line equipment when I visit any location. I truly thou appreciate the PF staff at Roch. Hills listening AND resolving these matters. Ty goes to management and staff as I will continue to enjoy this location as long as I am in the area!

Went for 1 year. Equipment and facility always clean and in terrific working order. Never had to wait to get on a machine. Great deal! Ended up canceling only because it is 30 minutes away so a pain to get to. Wish they would open one in Lake Orion!

Cheap comes with free services like - unprofessional language by staff, 58$ buyout fees if you cancel early, dono defination of early, I am cancelling after almost 11 months, still I have to pay 58$.then annual fees also be charged.. Now wonder why they can afford 10$ membership.. 😊... So it costed me around 17$ per month for last 11months.. That's cheap 👍

I tagged along as a guest of a PF member because I had heard good things about the gym and wanted to investigate for myself. For the low cost of about $10-20 a month for the basic and more inclusive (respectively) membership, this place was quite impressive. The staff seemed friendly and happy, and the girl at the front desk was knowledgeable and able to explain their policies, pricing, and promotions in sufficient detail.You’ll find plenty of machines, including treadmills, elliptical, bikes, and more. The entire gym is established on a single floor, but it’s massive – running around the perimeter of this place alone would make for a nice work-out. It’s a nice setting, with TVs lined across the wall. You can watch a Detroit Tigers game as a distraction from that urge to keep checking the timer and distance on your work-out machine’s dashboard.No, you won’t find fresh, hot towels with mints and iced tea waiting for you in the restrooms and locker rooms, but they were kept clean and tidy for the most part. I did a little searching and found some gum and grime in a couple of the showers, but that’s not exactly to be unexpected in a gym setting. Overall, I was pleased and would recommend that others in the Rochester area looking for an economically priced gym membership give it a shot.

Very Clean. Equipment is new. Locker rooms are well maintained.Tanning beds are always wiped down. Staff is friendly. Members are all ages and not stuck up. Been to other locations in others states, this one by far is the cleanest.

Looks interesting... but understand that they only accept your checking account as payment. No auto bill to your credit card... no ability to pay cash.I'm sure it's a great business model for them, and they will politely explain why they think it's best for you. But it doesn't work for me.
