The location on google shows they are open till 8, me and my friend we drove an 1 hour to this location and we get there and they r closed, thats messed up, u as a business u should update your hours on google. What a mess.

Best supplement shop in the area. Size Up stays up to date with new and upcoming supplements to hit the shelves, offering fair prices and a large variety to choose from. The variety doesn't stop at supplements however, as they also have a clothing brand that has evolved into very high quality, yet affordable, athletic gym clothing. I frequent Size Up shops in the area, and the staff at this location is exceptional. Laith Danielson, an employee at this Rochester Hills location, always displays a superb attitude toward customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable about supplements and exercise, and has personally aided me in my fitness journey numerous times across my many visits of this location. It is for this reason that I cannot recommend this Size Up location enough, and highly encourage fitness enthusiasts of all levels to check them out!

Best supplement store around, hands down! I’ve been a customer for almost a year and a half. Every time the staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Laith Danielson! Laith is exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to supplements and overall health. He had spent many hours educating not only myself but even friends that I have brought into the store. The products they offer are of high quality, both the supplements and clothing.
