I’m still fairly new, but I am obsessed! It’s a great workout and community. The instructors are very kind and motivating. The studio and equipment is set up so you work at your hardest pace/effort without feeling like you’re being watched/judged. The first few classes are especially hard, but the post-workout rewards make it all worth it and keep me coming back! By going 2-3 times a week, it keeps from staying stagnant with my exercise routine.

Solidcore is by far the best workout classes I ever done. It tough and hard but you will get the result you are looking for. Plan on going there as long as I can go.

I love this workout! It’s unlike anything I’ve done before. I’ve taken around 25 classes so far and I can definitely see some new definition in my abs and my core is so much stronger! I highly recommend giving it a try.

I love this workout! I've been coming a few times per week since the studio opened and I can say that I feel stronger and more toned. The workouts are low impact but definitely challenging and make me sweat! The coaches are inspiring - I really like the positive atmosphere and the genuine feeling of camaraderie of everyone in class.

[solidcore] has been an amazing addition to my workout routine. It allows me to target areas that I wouldn’t normally touch when I do cardio or weight lifting. The workout is challenging but very rewarding and there are new workouts every day so it doesn’t get repetitive. It’s a great high energy atmosphere and feels like a community!
