Staff is knowledgeable, professional and energetic. The technique is amazing. Yoga for people who don't do yoga! They do all of the work and you receive all of the benefits of a full body stretch, highly recommend!!

This is my favorite part of the day! I have completed my first month and have seen and felt amazing results. No judgement by the staff because "everyone is a champion". Dylan, Ginger , Christian, Abida, Miranda and other employees make me feel welcome! I cannot wait to see how much progress I make in the next month!
