You truly can’t find a more comprehensive fitness studio than The Barre Code. The multiple formats like barre, kickboxing and strength keep members on their toes, and the incredible instructors and community take it to the next level!!

A fun, friendly, no judgement environment for women to workout and feel empowered. Class formats are different so you are always getting a new workout to push yourself. UPDATE: Still at this gym after completing 500 classes! Still LOVE the energy and community. New format Strength Training is perfect for anyone that wants to add some weights to their workout!

I’ve been working out at this studio for over a year now and it’s the only workout routine I’ve found that I can stick to consistently! The instructors are fantastic! They are all so encouraging and motivating! It’s really such a great atmosphere! And one of the best things is I’ve seen the results in my body over the last year! I’m more toned and I feel strong! I’m so glad I found this place!

Home away from home. I go to the Barre Code for more than a sweat. It fills my heart and soul. The staff and clients have become friends, that I look forward to spending time with in and out of the studio.The workouts are best in class; offering cardio, strength and restoration. Checkout “Bootcamp” : this self-paced class is the blend of my favorite things HIIT & Strength. It is the best 50 minutes you can give to yourself. Guarantee that you will leave feeling so incredibly strong!

I wasn’t sure what to expect returning to The Barre Code after a year off and to a new home studio. I love TBC and the teachers and classes at Rochester Hills are great! What a great welcome back! On my first class in the studio, I had a new to me instructor Sam who introduced herself asked about my experience and after class caught up with me about the class and my anticipated schedule for classes! I already knew I loved Aubrey’s classes, but now I’m excited to take Sam’s classes too! Excited for this to be my new home studio.
