Way over capacity. I’ve walked in and walked right out several times because there’s no way to get a workout in without waiting for equipment. Can’t wait until my one year is up so I can cancel.

Love this gym. I’ve been a member for about a year now and I like how convenient everything is. Just wish they had more cycling bikes and class options. Staff is pretty chill.

This is seriously the perfect gym. Tons of new equipment, very helpful and positive staff AND A MOVIE THEATER! I go here in the mornings and I find myself not wanting to leave. Try any of their smoothies too!I love the positivity at this location. I've been going here for just over a year (since the grand opening!) There is just so much to do and they have really fun workout activities during holidays like today, they have a Valentines Day "massacre" workout. Try it out with your partner!

Visiting this place almost everyday from past 3 months, it’s great. We usually visit in the evening and it will be almost 70% full. This place is very well maintained.

This gym makes it impossible to cancel your membership. They will renew it after the year and not tell you. I’ve been trying to get my money back for over a year not.

Beware before you sign a membership at this gym and read your contract. They make you sign a contract you cannot get out of and you can’t cancel for 2-3 years. Scam dude…

I don't recommend it. I have a two-year contract and I couldn’t go anytime cause the place always is full, I just pay every month and the the contract cannot be terminated! You can't park your car always any space either, it's more like a high school with all its attendees!

This gym is great besides the soul fact of how busy it is, 3-9pm is jam packed with teens that do nothing but waste the space and time of other people. When you work a 10 hr day and want to get your workout done good luck because you’ll be greeted to 400+ people walking over each other it to the point of a safety hazard with the amount of people, they need to figure out a cap on how many people they let in or something absolutely ridiculous !

**EDIT!! To the owner that told me to review my contract, I spoke to YOUR front desk staff far before my membership was up to see what I had to do to cancel. SEVERAL people told me that I would be unable to do anything until my contract was over 12/29/22. Maybe train your staff better to communicate these things to your members. I had considered coming back eventually because I like the facility, but this has proven that you're no better than any other big-box scam commercial gyms out there. Also, something else I forgot to mention, is that the door to the womens only gym that you pay up to $20 per month EXTRA for, has been broken for months, allowing any woman in the gym, no matter which membership they pay for, to use the "private" section. So not only is the main gym floor completely over crowded, but so is this "exclusive" ammenity.I’m sad to have to write this review. TLDR: this business is an absolute scam. I started going to the edge on 11/29/21 on a Black Friday promotion. I loved the gym, made friends with the staff, etc. I was there every single day. It wasn’t until recently that my feelings changed. I had only signed up for 1 year, and was looking to cancel due to life changes. It was then that I found out that my membership was active until 12/29/22 (13 months). I was confused by this but then was told that this is because I got my first month for free with the Black Friday deal. Weird to lock someone in for more than a year when you advertise a year long contract, but I let it go. I called today to see if I had to do anything else to cancel my membership seeing that my contract had ended a couple days ago. The man that I spoke to told me that they do not handle cancellations, that I needed to call a second party company. Weird, but okay. I called the company, which then told me that they do not handle cancellations over the phone? That I needed to email them. When I did, an auto reply came back saying it would take 3-5 days to process my request. The woman then proceeds to let me know that I was charged on 12/31 (two days after my contract was up) for $35, an up charge from the membership I had signed up for. Even if I had cancelled my membership ON the 29th (considering they make it clear you cannot cancel before your contract is up) I still would’ve been charged on the 31st because my “request would not have been processed” in time. I asked her to please refund me as I wish to cancel and I was never informed that my membership would auto renew, especially this quickly. She said “they don’t handle refunds” and I’d have to call the club. So I did just that. Was put on hold for 10+ minutes and when I finally was able to speak to someone she basically told me I was out of luck, that my membership was over and despite me having been surprise charged 2 days ago, I will not have access to the gym for the month that I paid for. Complete scam. Such a shame. It’s places like these that discourage many from ever joining a gym again. This money grab company should be ashamed of themselves. On top of all of this, they’ve simply sold too many memberships and the gym is incredible over crowded.

One year update: renewed because this gym is fantastic. The staff is outstanding, especially Matteo, and I've met quite a few cool members who make the experience even more enjoyable. You won't find a better gym value anywhere!
