I’ve been attending the Rochester hills gym since I moved to Michigan in June and they have really made a lot of improvements just in those few short months. For the low price, it’s a really great value. The gym is always clean and members are usually good about re-racking weights. They recently added a new squat rack (now 5 total) and a new cable machine with loads of new attachments. The one complaint I had prior was that the gym gets too crowded during peak times but even during peak hours the max time I’ve had to wait for a rack or a bench is 10-15 minutes. Hopefully this change will reduce that and hopefully management will continue adding new equipment to reduce the congestion. I would suggest adding a hip thruster machine or a new hip thrust bench so we don’t have to use up a rack or deadlift platform to do barbell hip thrusts.

Love this gym and all the staff. I have been coming here since they first opened and so happy I joined. Everyone at the front is so happy to greet everyone and 10 stars plus goes out to Danna for always and I mean always working and she never complains. She is so helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond. 10 stars plus to Jamie (personal trainer) she is amazing and encourages you during every session. 10 stars plus to the instructors Annie, Katerina, Grace and Sabrina they all do an amazing job and make the workout enjoyable with their personalities. All staff should be recognized and appreciated for always going above and beyond for the club members.Thank you all

Great gym overall, however, there’s often issues with it. Sauna isn’t as hot as it should be, with temperatures usually around 130-160, not enough squat racks for the amount of members that they have, useless movie theater that occupies valuable space, and the equipment often has issues that makes them get taken down for a while. One pro for it is the price, which is pretty fair for what you get in return.

Decent gym to actually go to, but they’re basically scammers. Gave me the run around every time I called and were absolutely no help when I came in to figure things out. Would not recommend unless you like paying random charges and wasting money.

This club doesn’t enforce Covid mask wearing. A man at the front desk had a mask not covering his nose, from my vantage point I could see at least three people not covering their mouth and nose, and at least a dozen not covering their nose.At least if you don’t enforce mask wearing be honest about it - don’t say you enforce it when it’s blatantly obvious that you don’t.It’s a shame as apart from this the gym would definitely get 5 stars. But given Michigan is now one of the worst hit states for COVID this is a big deal.

Danna did a wonderful job servicing me today. The crew here is always super helpful whenever it comes to assisting every gym member. If you haven't given them a look, you may suprise yourself!

I am currently moving to Michigan from San Diego. I am checking out multiple gyms in the area. I was greeted by Kelsie as I walked in. Her friendly demeanor and sense of excitement to show me around made me feel very welcome. She never rushed me, gave me lots of information and showed me every square foot of the place. She explained what went on, what classes were available, what extras were available, and after her tour I said, “sign me up!”I had been to several gyms in the area, but Kelsie & her enthusiasm & sales technique sold me. How you are greeted, & knowledgeable, friendly sales people do make a difference! Thanks, Kelsie!

Staff is all really nice. Sanitization stations everywhere. Never had a problem with a payment, I'm charged exactly what I was told I would be from the beginning. This is my favorite gym I've had a membership to

I've read a lot of the reviews and it seems unfair that people are blaming a specific location on things such as Covid and contracts...I go REGULARLY. The staff always says hello and asks how my day is going. However, I will admit some staff are more outgoing and friendly then others but that's common pretty much every where. There is always a cleaning staff working, they have wipes, spray and paper towels, and hand sanitizer all over. When masks were mandatory for all to wear I watched them walk around and go up to people to make sure they were wearing their masks. They also had every other machine taped off. As for the other guests, they too have been kind and helpful. I have a disability and randomly ask for ppl to put my hair up and I've never had anyone be rude or disrespectful. The girls at the front desk also help me with this this when needed. The same goes if I need help out on the gym floor. In fact, they've all been friendly and more than willing to help. I also haven't seen any women be disrespected by what they are wearing our how they are working out.No place is every going to be perfect and you can't control everyone but from my experience, things have been pretty dang good.
