I started out at Xceleration in March by participating in the Spring Break Challenge and knew right away that becoming a member was a Must! The energy, amazing support and challenging workouts is like nothing else I have experienced elsewhere. This place is incredible! It has changed my life. In just one year I achieved results I never dreamed were possible, although I have worked out my whole life. On top of that... It's so fun to work out at Xceleration! Great people and great workouts. I highly recommend it.

This is the place!! The trainers are the best, no matter what your fitness level is. I'm addicted. The people in the classes are extremely nice and very motivating. I hope to become atleast half of the athlete I used to be!

A convincing Facebook post by a friend is what got me into the summertime transformation challenge which began on April 24th. I've belonged to big gyms before, but never could find the motivation to get myself there. After my first bootcamp at Xceleration, I knew it was the place for me. No other place has ever made me want to wake up at 5am to go work out. You will instantly make friends of every fitness level and age. The trainers energy and motivation is infectious, and the front desk staff make you feel like a family from the moment you step in the door. I can't wait to become a member once this challenge is complete! If you have questioned trying this place out, stop hesitating and take the plunge. You won't regret it!

My journey to Xceleration started through my daughter and the crossing training opportunities they offer for young athletes with strength and agility training focusing on injury prevention. After 6 months of watching her workouts and a little nudge from Ben Boudro I joined my first challenge.... I was instantly hooked...What I found was an exercise community... A sense of being part of a team who lift each other up and celebrate each mile stone together! The vast knowledge and personal attention each trainer gives to each individual is unmatched! I started at Xceleration in April 2016. At this gym, I have gone from 212 to 165lbs in just over a year. That's almost 50 pounds. How? I have done every transformation challenge Xceleration offers. The challenges are 4 and 8 week programs that challenge you to change your diet and fitness levels such that as long as you make very basic efforts to follow the program, you cannot help but lose weight/body fat. They keep you accountable to eating healthy, you show them your food logs every day, and they provide feedback to teach you how to cook and eat healthier. The challenges are extremely fun, they divide you up into "teams" where you support and are motivated by your teammates through fun activities/weekly games, etc.One of the best gauges of the quality of a gym is the fitness levels of the trainers. The trainers here are top notch and all look like they could be olympic athletes. But none of them have chips on their shoulders and they are all extremely down-to-earth and fun to be around. They will push you, but they are also very knowledgeable about injuries and can help you modify a workout if you are new or have pre-existing injuries or concerns.All that said, the clients are what truly makes a gym a community. My wife and I have made so many friends here and that is what makes the difference. This is not a big box gym that you will feel lost at. This is like a second home where everyone knows you by name, watches out for your kids while you work out, you hang out together, raise money for charities together, and improve your lives together. I look forward to each workout and seeing the same friendly faces each day. I love Xceleration, the staff, the clientele, and the progress I've made while being a member here. Xceleration Fitness has defined for me as...a way of life, a second family to me, what keeps me going, what has challenged both physically and mentally . The staff and trainers have amazing energy that is so contagious and infectious and make you keep coming back for more. As a mother of 3 young kids and working full time parent, I look forward to my 1 hour a day just to get my mindset right! highly recommend!!
