What an experience. Burn has helped me learn accountability, self-love and that you can do anything you put your mind to! The coaches here are all amazing and bring new fun workouts every day.

I attended my first session at the Rock Hill, SC location. I love this place. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Chelsea and others, I really felt at home. Working out has never been a big priority for me, but I need this not only for my physical well-being, but for my mental health. Everyone was really encouraging, giving high-fives all throughout the intense 45-minute session. Our leader that morning, was really encouraging and gave me enough attention to make sure I was doing the reps correctly. Yes, I am sore this morning but that is only because my body is not used to being worked-out. As I continue on this journey, this too will improve, it's just my body saying, "yikes, girl what did you just put me through?" I am ready to do more and Burn Bootcamp will be there to help me all the way.

Best place to work out! And their child watch is amazing, my daughter loves going to Burn every day! You will get all parts of your body worked out every week without having to decide what to do! There are mods so people of every fitness level can have a challenging workout!

I love BBC-RH. Amy is top notch and she has the best trainers working for her. they are all equally amazing and really care about you. They help you with your form to prevent injuries, encourage heavier weights when needed, and push you to keep going. The workouts are tough and leave you feeling so accomplished afterwards. If you are in need of a gym and awesome community, go here!!!

I signed up for the 4 week promo of Burn Boot Camp at the Rock Hill location in mid December. I’m in my mid 30’s and have never been to the gym in my life — this has been such a fun and challenging experience. I feel myself getting stronger, it’s tough and rewarding, and the sense of community when you step in is heartwarming and encouraging. I just signed a year’s contract after completing my 4 week promo. Highly recommend.

Great place to workout! The entire staff is helpful and upbeat. All of the instructors motivate and ensure that an alternate exercise is demonstrated. They encourage everyone to drive their partners to push and dig a little harder.

I have been going to burn for over a year and they always have new fresh workouts that challenge me encourage me and best of all I get so much energy from my workouts! Give it a try for free, give them a call. You will be glad you did! I finally found a style of work out that fits me, and it's only 45 minutes a day!

I've tried other gyms before and always quit after a few days because I didn't know where to start or what to do. Burn boot camp makes it so easy, they already have the workout ready for you. Best place to work out in Rock Hill!
