The Planet fitness team at Rock Hill makes everyone feel like family! They are all knowledgeable about the gym and the equipment within. Since Natalie has taken over, the gym seems to have a lot better atmosphere.

I haven't use my membership in over a year! Tried to cancel my membership several times.They wouldn't let me!!They still been trying to take money out of my bank account even after they seen I haven't been there to use my membership in over a year!!

The recent upgrade in equipment is Awesome!!! Staff is Great! Makes no sense to go to another gym! Planet Fitness is the best bang for your buck!!!!

Rock Hill location was extremely busy...plenty of cardio open, but, weights and machines are tough to get on.
