I’m new to the area and very impressed with the gym. It’s nice and huge and kept clean. The equipment is very much updated and such a peaceful environment. My only downside is I was working out on an ab machine and some guy ran up to me yelling “maam you’re using it wrong, you pivot to one side twice at a time, but you can’t swing both ways.” Apparently I was “using it wrong”. I’m not sure if he was working there or the manager as he wasn’t wearing a tag, he disappeared very quickly after scolding me and caught me off guard (very embarrassing). This was early Saturday morning.Update, apparently the person who ran up to me yelling was the manager because he and his wife were there when I came in to be a guess with my golds gym pass from another city. I was really turned off by this place as I was asked to sign a waiver, the girl at the front made a copy of my drivers license and she and the wife manager said they would be holding onto my license while I workout and also every time I work out as a guest for the next 14 visits. I didn’t feel comfortable with this at all as my license is an official government document that I can barely do anything without. They already had a copy of it and have no authorization whatsoever to keep hold of it. The box is sitting right up front and easy for just anyone to grab. I let them know that there were other review complaints of them keeping peoples license and not even bothering to call them. I like the gym here but the management style has really put a bad taste in my mouth. I left with my ID and will not be coming back.

Just a big 'no' from me.If you're going to use broken equipment and don't have access to a better maintained gym, then sure, it's fine.Bathrooms are clean Ill give them that.Whatever you do, do not sign up for training here, they have zero customer service- both corporate lines for 'lighthouse management' and golds gym do not work- all the mailboxes are full, they have no email. It's out of control.Whatever money you pay for training expect to lose it.They have a very high turnover rate of trainers for good reason. It all starts at the top.

Madison worked with me and it was a really good experience. Showed me a lot that has really helped me in the gym. Excited to keep working.

Had me sign my name on the digital thing to initially sign up. Didn't know I was signing a 3 year contract without seeing it first. Shady business. Can't even buy myself out of my contract. Half the equipment is broken and they never have basic stuff in stock, towels or even hand soap. Place is a dump.

I worked with one of the trainers, Madison who was amazing! She took me through two workouts and helped me set up a program designed for me. She listened to everything I had to say and genuinely cared about helping me!

I’ve been coming to this gym for over a year and it is disgusting. They never clean the place and the manager could care less. The cleaners talk about not having the right products to clean the equipment compared to other local gyms, and when told the manager he does nothing.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I signed up.The “manager” pitched me this “deal” .. saying it’s cheaper to do the 24 month contract versus the 12 months (almost $30 cheaper) so I agreed. Then I talk to my friends who are members and find out they pay the same amount I pay but they are only on 12 months contracts. Now I’m stuck overpaying for 24 months when half the members here are probably paying less.Be careful they are tricky and only care about their numbers.

Best gym I’ve been to. They have a lady’s area only which i love. If you like running and watching a movie they have a movie room just for that. Paul in the front is amazing and very helpful. Kyle in the back is great to start a work out plan with and also very helpful.

Clearly this place has a problem with their cancelations, because they convince you that you will have a "free trial" for one or two months, then $40 a month and then they will charge your account before that time is up,not only that. They convenience you to get a trainer, who also charges.over $100! (Same, billing company)They will call and text if you don't pay(certainly didn't call if you missed an appointment) but once you want to cancel they wanna pull out the contract that they convenienced you to sign and say your stuck in a 2 year contract...how fair is that? Do not workout here unless you are willing to get scammed for months at a time.
