They have some equipment that I didn't expect them to have. You can definitely get a complete and well rounded workout here. You can even enjoy a swim or sauna afterwards.

Clean and well equipped. Friendly staff. I enjoy swimming in their heated pool the most. They also have a whirlpool and a sauna. I enjoy this location very much.

Great location in the Rock Hill area! Will definitely recommend to friends and family if they ever need a gym in the area. Was assisted by Trevor and he showed excellent customer service and was very helpful in the signup process!

Maintenance is an issue. Hot tub 5 months, Seats in men's sauna at least 6 months. Basketball backboard at leat 3 weeks. But, it's clean, friendly and has plenty of cardio & weight trg. equipment available5 STARSHappy to recognize that all the issues mentioned above have been repaired. Nice Job! Thank you!

I like this location. It's a decent size gym. they have a full-size basketball court, a heated pool, and plenty of green turf area. There's a large room where they hold classes. Overall, there's a lot to do here. The vibe is pretty chill. The staff is nice. Like all gyms, it can get higher traffic from 6-8pm. The one thing they don't have that I would like are heavy bags.

Our Tuesday and Thursday group personal training class is wonderful. Josh and Austin are the best team. Our trainers take extra time to fit our training needs to meet our physical abilities. We encourage more to join, we have fun and are a greatt group to join. Come on over
