Love this Gym, great energy and Music. My favorite are the Group Fitness Class. I've been at Hustle Hour with Jasmie, Dance Off with Maja, Stretch/Power Yoga with Ashley, MixxedFit with Denitra! These are in my rotation but so many Options. Glad I joined.

I absolutely look forward to my Saturday training sessions with Mike (aka "Big Mike"). Mike responds to my needs by listening to my specific goals and pushing my limits while encouraging me the entire time. Mike shares his knowledge of the body (muscles, form, recovery, nutrition..etc) giving me the tools to achieve my desired results. I would definitely recommend Mike and OG Rock Hill to anyone regardless of their fitness level.

This is a great gym with an old-school vibe, very spacious, clean, and it's still expanding. Lots of equipment is never overly busy whenever I go in.

Awesome gym! Staff is amazing and the gym equipment is different from your commercial cookie cutter gym. Strongly recommend this gym to locals or travelers passing through the area.
