Absolutely the best decision I’ve made for my son. He’s learning so much about respect and self control. The instructors are so good with each child. I will definitely sign my other son up when he comes old enough.

I absolutely love this place, my son has been coming here since he was 3 years old and he’s 8 now, he really enjoys coming, he’s learning self defense and self discipline and it’s also a great exercise. It feels amazing being able to take my son to people I can trust. I’ve never had one issue in all the years he’s been coming.

Pak's Martial Arts is absolutely amazing & so far I don't have a single negative thing to say about it. Registration was simple & the prices are fair. Unlike many other martial arts studios in York County, Pak's seems & feels genuinely passionate about the work that they do with their students. The pricing is fair, the staff are extremely welcoming & they seem to really take great care in ensuring that their students feel confident & comfortable as they work with them both one on one & as part of a larger group.Teacher to Student Ratio varies class to class but doesn't seem to exceed much more than a 1:13 ratio. The inside is spacious, the schedule is flexible... overall, I love this place. 👍for kids (AND adults).

I do not know what I would do with my boys if they weren’t taking classes here. They are learning so much about respect and self control. I love that the passion for TKD is shown and it is authentic! My boys are even learning how to speak Korean.

My daughter took classes here and we loved the entire staff. They teach respect and self confidence, which you can't put a price tag on.

I knew nothing about martial arts when I signed my 7 year old up for Taekwondo, but he really wanted to learn and bugged me about it for a year, so I took the plunge and started him at Pak's for the $99 summer special. He really enjoyed it, so we decided to sign him up. They seemed so nice and smiling. It was a false sense of security I received when I had to chose from a list of contracts for the service. I chose what I thought was the least binding. $150 down and $100 per month for 2 days a week. What wasn't explained to me was the fine print on these contracts stating that we could not cancel our membership unless we moved or had a medical emergency. When I stopped working to stay home, Taekwondo was the first thing that had to go. I went in the office to explain our situation and to let them know we would not be returning to their gym and would be cancelling. Well, that when I learned that they push their contracts over to a 3rd party, "PMP," out of Florida and don't even handle their customers directly! I pleaded and begged for them to cancel my contract as we would have financial hardship if they didn't, but I the only response I received was a heartless and cold, "no." Finally, after some persistence, they agreed to cancel only if I pay a $300 cancellation fee (that was NOT in the contract ), but I was willing to comply. When I called back to set up a payment plan for my cancellation fee, they told me that they would continue to draft the $101 until the fee was paid in full!! How is that even legal?? I told them thanks but no thanks and put a stop pay on my account. I knew I could be sent to collections (per "Steve" from PMP), but we could not afford it. However, they went around our backs and pulled from my account anyway under a different name!! This has been a nightmare and I'm ready to seek counsel to have this business investigated for fraud and bad business practices. "PMP" is not an accredited business and since Pak's is affiliated with these thugs, I they obviously don't care about their customers.
