I talk to the hard working gentlemen on night shift and they are awesome. Justin and Kaleb are always trying to keep the gym spotless. The lockerrooms are very well kept by that young man Justin. And Kaleb will immediately offer to clean the machines my elderly mother uses. These two gentlemen are all stars in my book and I will gladly give management a call to let them know those two young men need a raise.

Ever since I have joined the staff have been amazing and very welcoming. Christian deserves to be a manager or to get a raise because he goes out of his way to make every one feel very good and always has a smile on his face. Any time I have had any questions he has answered them and been extremely respectful and nice. These days working with the public is a hassle and not everyone can do it, but he has done an amazing job.

Just starting out staff made me feel welcome and comfortable equipment was easy to use

Good equipment, clean gym, GREAT HOURS, and about half the price and half the crowd as LA Fitness.

I love exercising in that venue, there is a greater variety of machines than in other venues. The only thing I don't like is that it's too cold, that's uncomfortable,

The staff is very friendly and overall very courteous. The keep this establishment VERY clean! Highly recommend planet fitness!

What made this gym special to me was Joann. And her staff. However, I started noticing that more and more staff were quitting. I would overhear other members talking about a problem with the reginal manager not treating staff well. Then on 2 occasions I witnessed a man there speaking with disrespect to an older female member, then his doing the same to a staff member.When I asked who he was I was told he was the RM Ryan. If he's the reason that we are losing great staff I hope owner will look into this.

The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful, people don't judge, and as a bonus the massage beds are heavenly.

I had a good workout. It’s clean, all machines are clean and working. The staff at the desk were willing to show me the extension back machine. Thanks to him. I will be back soon

I have been a Planet Fitness member now for 5 years and every time I have went into the gym I have been treated like family. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They remember me every time I go in no matter how long it is between my visits. During the pandemic I took a long break from the gym and the day I returned they welcomed me like I never missed a day. I have never felt judged or uncomfortable at all when I work out. It is the best feeling in the world to be able to go to the gym without feeling out of place or judged. I absolutely LOVE the entire staff at the Rock Hill, SC Planet Fitness center. Over the past few years I have moved and even visited another gym that was closer to my new home and NOBODY beats the welcoming atmosphere at Planet Fitness. I have 4 local gyms within about 5-10 minutes from my house and the closest Planet Fitness is now almost 40 minutes away. However, I will always make the drive to Planet Fitness. By far the best gym on the PLANET. Love you guys!!
