I went to claim that they charged me the maintenance fee after I cancelled my membership (loyal customer for 3 years) and they said it was my fault and they will not refund me. My monthly payment was not after 15 days more. Taking my business somewhere else

It's a comfortable and peaceful place to workout with great equipment. I enjoy the benefits of the Black Card membership, as well, especially the massage equipment and the ability to bring a guest.

Very clean, friendly staff, and all of the machines were easy to use! I wish there was a space to stretch and do machine free workout, but beggars can’t be choosers. For the price it is great!

Hunter at the Rock Hill, SC location is excellent at making you feel welcome- giving informative tours and explaining the membership. This location is spotless clean and equipped for any age, fitness level and the variety of equipment is spot on for everyone’s needs.

I’ve been a client of this gym for 3 years. I went to cancel my membership because I am moving and the day after they charge me the year maintenance fee. When I went to ask for a refund since I cancelled my membership and I was not going anymore, they basically said I should’ve cancelled a week before and not even an apology.I do not have any email regarding the exact day of renewal, I did not have the charge in my account until after I cancelled.For them it is nothing, for my is time and money wasted. Will never be back again.

We came in from out of town & visited Planet Fitness Our 1st time & this guy named Hunter was such a pleasure to show US around & got Us started..... I definitely recommend it to anybody who is in South Carolina & To Visit planet's fitness in Rock Hill...

Dang, I wish I knew the girls name someone helped me at the counter, I wanted to cancel my membership because I dont have as much time to go to the gym but someone gave me the option to freeze my account to give me time to think about it. It last six months and it means I won't have to pay the yearly startup fee again if I decide to start going again.

Planet Fitness has what people need to fulfill their exercise routine. In addition staff are welcoming and take care of the facility. I appreciate them following social distancing within the facility and keeping everything clean and safe.
