Overall its a good PF gym in comparison to others. The facility is clean and staff is friendly and helping. The Equipment is maintained fairly well, and its a overall good atmosphere.

Planet Fitness of Rock Hill has a friendly staff and provides a positive environment for your workout. The facility is very clean and the clientele of long time regulars lets you know that this is a deal hard to beat!

The Assistant Manager Christy ( sorry if the name is not spelled correctly did not ask her that!) is absolutely fabulous. She should be in charge of training everyone on customer service. I had a situation with my daughters membership, and not only did she explain everything to me, she called another planet fitness and got everything worked out. She did all of this while on her own break time in order to get fast results before her shift was over for the day. Putting your customers before yourself is the epitome of top notch Customer Service! Thank you Christy!!

Love my gym! The staff is awesome and always available when needed. The facility is always clean. The atmosphere is perfect for me to get off of work and work out with no aggravation. Thankful for being a black card member because the massage chair and hyro bed are an added bonus.

The area is spacious, clean, and offer good hours. I’m really big on cleanliness, and this has to be one of the cleanest gyms in Rock Hill since it opened. Last but not least the staff here is awesome!

I've been using Planet Fitness mostly for their tanning beds, so I haven't experienced the actual gym yet. I can say check in is easy, staff are nice & helpful, & the layout inside is spacious & clean.

Love this gym. Convenient. Smells like armpits when you first walk in but not throughout the entire gym so that's cool. Can get crowded but there's lot of equipment to get your sweat on.

I seriously love this gym and staff but they have to do better with opening on time. This is the second time this has happened to me. I like to workout early in the AM. Why can’t it be 24hrs and our key cards let us in? Instead of waiting on staff who may or may not show up on time.

From the moment we walked in the door, our experience at this PF location was wonderful. We were cheerfully greeted and encouraged to give it all we had during our workout--and we did!! The workout floor, equipment and locker rooms were immaculate, cleaning supplies were well stocked, and the each staff member had a positive word. What a great place to workout!

Malik is who I usually see in the early AM & he has been helpful, kind & has made my experience personal. He knows my routine as far as me wanting to tan before I workout, knows my favorite bed, knows I want the massage chair after & which energy drink I’ll purchase. I’ve never had a bad experience. The facility is clean, the staff check the cleaning stations regular for restocking. I see this happen multiple times throughout my hour stay. One time there was a staff member opening who was extremely rude, did not seem to enjoy her job & it was very off putting. That particular visit I didn’t request my normal routine & left mid work out. Coming from a customer service background I notice these things off the bat & it is not good for business to have someone so rude at your front desk. Regardless, I keep coming & haven’t had another experience like this one. I attend the Cherry Road in stock Hill location & don’t intend to use another unless out of town. Thank you for making this a safe & judgement free zone, as I am still working through my weight loss journey & body image issues. Truly a game changer! Kudos to Malik for his bubbly personality. He keeps me coming back.
