Great school with traditional standards. Shifu has been a great teacher and friend. The school feels like family and like you’re accomplishing something. Not a school where you can purchase a sash, but have to earn everything you get.

Best martial arts school in Rock Hill! If you really want your kids or yourself to learn self defense, confidence, and traditional martial arts, you won’t be disappointed. The staff is amazing, disciplined, and extremely knowledgeable!

Been training with Sifu and the school seven years now. The man is a great teacher and role model to us all. Everyone in the school is great and instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. Come and be a part of our family.

This is a great school. The head instructor is very qualified and skilled. Most of all he is kind and patient. He works very well with all kinds of people. The school itself has a family friendly environment that allows people of many age groups to join. I highly recommend this school to anyone trying to begin or expand their martial arts knowledge.
