Great new 24hr Gym in West Roseville

Great gym very spacious has 8 squat racks 2 smith machines 2 booty blaster glute hip thrust machines 4 punching bags alot of different machine varieties especially for chest pressing also saw a split squat machine on my way out which I'll be doing my rdls on next time. Very clean, minus a star becasue need more mirrors or even closer mirrors to the squat rack I like to look at my form. Over all I was impressed wish they had the booty blaster machine to all the 24 hour fitness locations instead of just 1.

Best thing is the cold plunge. Haven't tried the infrared sauna yet.

Poor service. When giving free passes , they are back to back. Let your guest know about that. Came but passes were expired , not having them even to try . There is no need of ur apologies, when I have to waist time on poor and miscommunication. 0 star.

Love it. Would be cooler if they changed TV 8's channel. The children's cleft lip commercial on repeat everyday is kind of sad 🥲Edit: haven't seen the commercial all week!

Very bad attitude towards customers and laws. They debited 49.99 from the card for the upcoming month in which I was not going to visit the hall and refused to return it. Be prepared to pay for things you don't use

Great facility but No one re racks or puts the weights away properly. All the dumbbells and plates are mixed up everywhere. NO ONE reads the “No Shoes but slippers or slides are okay” in the sauna. Saw an employee tell someone that they don’t allow shoes in the sauna but just ignored him and said “he s only gonna be in there for a few minutes.

It's ok I guess. I was excited to check it out but left disappointed.Seemed like a ton of space but was overcrowded with how much equipment they had... difficult finding open machines. Benches/racks were loaded with groups of gym bros. Great for them, bad for the random solo guy trying to get a workout in.Didn't care for the layout anyway. Ended up leaving after cardio to get a full workout at the north sunrise location - closer to my house anyway. Therefore, I didn't even try the infrared sauna or cold plunge... probably the main reason I wanted to check out this newer location to begin with.Maybe I'll be back in a couple years to give it another shot.

Still New....I have been going to the other Roseville and Antelope location for the past year and here is my review between the hours of 5am and 7am.Technology: Being able to listen to the TV's via an app on your smartphone is pretty slick.  CalFit had that.  I don't like that the weight machines didn't have a view of any TV's even though they have a wall so they could add them later.Equipment Cardio: All the cardio equipment is matching and no variations.  One type of elliptical, matching treadmills, seated and standing stationary bike, stair climbers and rowing machines.  The rowing machines threw me off because they have 10 of them and the other two locations have 2-6 of them and they are rarely used.  The treadmills between 5am and 6am are packed and much more available between 6-7.  I was a bit disappointed to see none of the equipment is gymkit enabled (pairs to a smart watch)  Antelope had about 10 treadmills which are.  All the equipment is brand new so in great shape.  I will be curious to see how it holds up and how well its maintained.Equipment Weights (Machine) I am not a free weights user so my review is based on the machine based weights.  Overall very nice equipment but between 5 and 6am this area is pretty packed.  If you are the type of person who has a workout plan and like to go through it in a specific order this is not the time to come.  After 6 you will have a better chance of getting access to machines but still very busy compared to Antelope and the other Roseville location.  If I am up early I will drive a bit further and visit Antelope vs this location.  I was a tad surprised they do not have a single calf machine whereas Antelope has 2.Drinking Fountains: Coming from CalFit which had plenty of drinking fountains I was a bit surprised that Antelope only had 1 in the far corrner and Roseville wasn't much better.  New Roseville has plenty. I don't like to have to lug a water bottle around when I am doing weights so this is nice.I have not been in the locker rooms, have no need to visit the plunge pool so I can't comment on that.  If you like free-weights they have lotsOverall I am glad this location opened so close to my house, I hope the crowds are due it being new and shiny and the place will mellow out.  This is still a new location so hopefully the adapt based on feedback.
