It's huge, it's clean, it's new. It's got Tavio (IYKYK). Check it out...unless you're gonna trash it...then stay away!Also, shoutout to all the employees managing the line on opening day...I didn't interact with any of you, but just observing how yall handled the super long lines and seemed to give all the clients time and attention was cool to see.

Build it and they will come. This long awaited new Roseville location is finally open and lives up to expectations with a spacious floor plan full of all the latest equipment to meet your fitness needs. It's so popular that it's crowded at 4 am in the morning! The early morning crowd may or may not be an issue for you depending on if you are an introvert or an extrovert.

All that space for no reason. The building is huge but the lack of equipment doesn't do the size justice. I feel like I have more "gym" at my disposal at the smaller antelope location. The one multi station over crowded which is wild because there's clearly enough room for another one at least, not to mention it didnt have enough attachments for all the hooks available. Not sure why there's like 15 power lifting stations but only like 3 flat benches. From what it looks like, the cardio equipment to weight training equipment ratio is half and half, which is not what i was told the focus of this new layout would be. The styling is great, the place looks amazing, but It just seems like a flop. Big building, not enough gym.

This facility claims that they have a cold plunge pool. Seriously? 60degrees and above is a warm plunge. Cold plunge should be 45 and below. If you unable to maintain it at the proper temperature do not call it a cold plunge.

Excited to finally have this place open, and unlike many other gyms in the Roseville Rocklin area it is open late without the back and forth and changing of hours elsewhere. Oksana was super helpful getting me signed up and Jack was a great ambassador for the company while giving me a tour.
