Very professional Hired him for my fiancé he did an awesome job very knowledgeable would recommend him to anybody for a personal trainer. Eric and his wife and Vanessa are very awesome and down to earth people it is awesome to see that they have now opened up their own gym!

I love this locally owned gym! The owners are friendly and professional! I consider them to be friends now. I have trained with Eric Martin for six months so far and he has helped me lose 73 lbs. so far and counting…..24/7 access, clean, feels like a home gym not a big franchise! No matter your fitness level, there is something for everyone. It’s never crowded and it’s not an intimidating place to be at all! Highly recommend this place!
