I visited the new Lancaster facility when I was in town for a trip. The facility is top notch, clean and has state-of-the art equipment. I participated in one of the HIIT classes and the atmosphere was energetic and instructor was good. One of the best facilities I have visited.

The new gym is beautiful! I love how clean it is. The kids club is big with great staff. My kids are always happy to go while I workout. There is plenty of equipment and lots of classes to choose from.

Awesome machines , great layout with modern feel. Bright and clean! Top notch instructors, huge Group exercise class variety. The small training group studio is phenomenal. Definitely recommend this gym. The price is awesome too!
