Started here back in 2011 of September when they were in Burton Ave in Salinas and then moved back to the ranch in Aromas, and now back to Salinas on 329 Monterey St. Awesome gym with great trainers. Friendly atmosphere and great people. Love this place.

I started my crossfit career at a different gym. After seeing things change, people change, and a pretty much poisoned atmosphere, I was encouraged to check this place out. If you love an environment of family and whole-hearted encouragement with a carefully selected coaching staff, then this place is the greatest place on Earth. Outside of the Marine Corps, I've never felt a part of something as great as this. This place is awesome, the people are awesome, and the atmosphere is entertaining, engaging and fun to say the least.
