The In-Shape on Davis Rd. in Salinas is clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. I particularly like the circuit machines. I just wish people wouldn't sit at a machine and use their phone. The pool and sauna are wonderful.

Really spacious gym with lots of equipment but the locker rooms are really dirty and the shower stalls have black mold on the ceilings.Those locker rooms really need some attention.
