Schedule Mon-Wed5-6: Kids 8-126-7: Young Adults 13-187-8: AdultsFamily-friendly environment. Great for kids and young adults. Coaches are awesome. They value instilling discipline and self accountability while developing a positive relationship with each child. The adult class is also great. Tough, but it gets easier with consistency.Open gym Thursday & Friday around the same times. Some Saturdays open.
