Dirty place the floors are super dirty so when they make you workout on the floor all the dirty crumbs get stuck to you yuck! Everything stinks. Also the coaches are super bias! If you think of Taking your kids there seriously don’t. I’m pretty sure there’s at least some health hazards there.

I've been training at Rock Boxing for two months now. I have trained at some of the best combat sports gyms over the last fifteen years, from all over the United States, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand. My primary sport is Muay Thai. I recognize a great gym immediately and Rock Boxing is on this level.Danny is not only an excellent lead coach, but also a great friend to have. His dedication to his fighters is very inspiring, as you can easily see that he's very passionate about raising the next generation of professionals.Coach Fish is heavily involved with strength and conditioning classes and has personally raised nationally ranked fighters. He has an awesome and uplifting personality.Coach Jesus has personally taken time to help me adapt my Muay Thai style towards authentic boxing methodology. His dedication to strict form and technique makes him stand out in coaching style. This gym is for serious athletes who want to pursue boxing on a dedicated level. However, there are many classes available for those who simply enjoy the fitness aspect of the sport. Either way, you will learn how to really defend yourself, unlike fitness classes at "cardio boxing" gyms. The atmosphere is very tight and family oriented. Rock Boxing takes pride in being an authentic boxing gym and I genuinely recommend them to anyone who seeks self mastery through martial arts.

Check out Rock Boxing gym if you’re interested in learning some self defense. As a mom and woman, I decided to try the Rock Boxing Gym to learn some self defense and it’s been such a life changing experience for myself. I’ve learned so much from Coach Danny, Fish,Jesus, Cobra, and Vaquero. They are all very knowledgeable in the sport and conditioning which has helped me push myself and believe in myself. I’ve learned so much from conditioning, to better eating habits and boxing techniques. My 9 year old son also started going to gain more self confidence and it has been a positive experience for him. My son who is shy and quiet is much more confident in himself and his skills. The coaches have really worked with him during the kids class to help develop his skills. Totally recommend the Rock. They have multiple classes throughout the day Monday - Friday beginning at 4:30 am and last one being at 8:45. Go check them out, you will not regret it!

Great Boxing Gym, was 180 lbs when I started -- currently down to 158 lbs (whoa!). Coach Jesus is the real MVP and takes his time with the new guys, plus he's always keeping a keen eye for any mistakes. Coach Fish is friendly as can be -- don't let your guard down when you're sparring him tho -- and Coach Dani has a vast wealth of knowledge and is great at managing all aspects of the gym. Five stars would recommend to anybody who's looking to fight, looking to lose some weight, who wants to defend themselves, or who's simply itching to learn boxing. --- Pablo

True, traditional boxing gym. Awesome music, good environment for a hard workout, clean. Good vibes, family crowd. This is the place you want to be for central California. You'll see some up and comers and a few old stars, too. Coach Danny is a great athlete.
