I am SO happy I joined Hotworx. I am absolutely obsessed. The versatility of the classes keep me from getting bored. I feel stronger every week. The staff is so friendly, helpful and positive. I love it. If you’re considering joining, do it. Your body will thank you!!

The scheduling of the rooms are too tight. When you are getting out, trying to put your shoes back on they are rushing others in and you get tripped over.Response to manager - Yes you are right this is not the right place for me. I am a client trying your business out to see if it was a good fit and it is not. I am a little slow due to my age and health conditions which we discussed. I am very glad I tried it out on a free visit. The message I read from your response is that if you are too old and slow, you are not welcome.

I've been at hotworx sugarhouse a little over a month and I have NOTHING negative to say.. I love how private and peaceful the facility is. SO much nicer than a regular gym for someone who doesn't need all the machines to accomplish their goals. I'm a beginner so the hustle of all the gym rats can be intimidating, that doesn't exist here! I feel like I'm walking out of a spa every time. April and all her staff are awesome and helpful for whatever you need. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who thinks they might like it to try it! I only needed one of the three free sessions to be convinced and I might never pay for a regular gym again.. <3

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing and super friendly, the saunas are very clean and the workouts are incredible, they have different levels if you are beginner or advance.

I love hotworx sugar house location! Just started a few weeks ago and it’s been so easy to set up and want to be in a routine. I feel so good afterwards and everyone there is so nice. So glad I found this place!
