IF YOU WANT TO EVER EXPERIENCE AN EASY CANCELATION PLEASE DON'T APPLY AT THIS GYM. I HAD ALREADY PAID A CANCELATION FEE IN FEBRUARY & BECAUSE FEBRUARY DOESN'T HAVE A FULL 31 DAYS THEY CHARGED US AN EXTRA MONTH.. UNBELIEVABLE SO WHEN I ASKED WHY CHARGE A FULL MONTH FOR FEBRUARY THEN THEY HAD NO ANSWER. I WANTED TO CANCEL BECAUSE I HAVE NO TIME FOR IT NOW. This gym is a rip off. We've canceled our membership 2 months ago. They have continued to charge us. Every time we call they give us some loop hole that we missed and that's why they charged us. The most current BS statement from there manager at the store was you have to cancel 30day before your billing cycle. Since we canceled on 02/15/23 and that's not 30days because February doesn't have 30 days we had to pay another month.READ YOUR PAPERWORK CAREFULLY. they are con artists.

Good luck getting this gym to stop overcharging you. I paid $580 a month for PT for 5 months. Needed a 2 week pause (which 8: something they offer) in November for a work trip and they wouldn’t approve it. ???? Put in my 30 day cancellation over a month ago and I’m still being charged. The extra star is for my personal trainer who was great. Someone at Crunch refund me the $150 overcharge and cancel my account and I’ll remove this review.

Best gym ever. I'm from out of town and working as a travel nurse and these young men and women working here are the friendliest. One gentleman was trying to find an inexpensive way for me to become a member since I only have 2 more months here. It meant alot. Keep up that wonderful customer service.

I thought it was going to be overwhelmingly busy and chaotic but it was not. The gym is nice and clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.

The staff is great and the classes are pretty conveniently timed. Just wish they wouldn't play news... it's a gym! I don't want to think about politics, play sports events instead or something.
