Nice place very clean and most staff seem very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is it seems to have become more of a hang out. A place to be seen. If that’s your thing then awesome but for people with a tight schedule it’s kinda frustrating at times.

On 29 January there was a male member who was violently screaming at his female workout partner, he was slamming the equipment, hitting it, and forcing her to run on the treadmill while screaming at her loud enough for the entire gym to hear.The staff expressed no concern and did nothing to alleviate the situation even after other members had gone to the desk to express concern. The lack of concern or action by the staff is appalling. This member created an unsafe space for the rest of the gym members and was being verbally abusive in public. It’s disheartening to see that there was a lack of compassion or concern towards this situation and that crunch staff would rather ignore it than speak up.

Great place to go to work out. Very clean. There equipment is awesome! I would definitely recommend joining here. Staff is very nice .

Crunch is home for me! I love every aspect of this gym. The equipment is great, the membership prices are hard to beat, and most importantly the community! I feel at home every time I walk through the doors!

Well the gym is great but the staff isn't trained according. I got a day pass and tried to buy a tan and they wouldn't let me tan cause they didn't know how to do it for a single tan. I've been to crunch in every location in west Texas and I tanned at everyone. That's OK their loss on money🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ …

Equipment is great and plenty of stuff to do but staff have no idea what their talking when it comes to memberships and having a buddy, if I have a membership, I can not take my younger brother in as a buddy but he can take me in as a buddy if he has a membership. I have called 3 times to ask questions and have gotten 3 different answers when it comes to this kind of situation. So overall it’s alright but to confusing

To me... the whole point to this gym is relaxed back and an open environment for solid growth. I have 0 complaints for this gym. Questions are always answered immediately. I even saw two staff member come off the desk and assist newbies with machines the other day. Night crew are the ones who were doing this when I was there. Also, every single timeyou walk out the door they say, "see you tomorrow!". Now if that's not motivation I don't know what is!!

Overall I’ve had a great experience! Staff is great, friendly, and attentive. There are plenty of machines for all to get their workout done, even during peak times. The only frustration I’ve had is when I’m doing the 30 min circuit when im short on time. I get interrupted quite frequently with other members hopping in on random machines so it ends up taking longer than 30 mins and I have yet to fully compete the circuit for this reason. It would be nice for it to be separate from the other equipment.
