I have been a member for over a year now and I can only say but good things about this place. All the trainers are great and always challenging you, plus the environment is great!!! Definitely a place I recommend!

I absolutely love this place! The owner, the trainers, and the people that attend class are all great! Everyone is very friendly! I walk out of there sweaty and feeling great!!!

Best kids summer camp ever! My son has never loved a camp as much as he loves this one. He has the biggest smile when I drop him off, peek in on him, and pick him up. Great staff!Unfortunately it is only one week long. We will definitely be attending the kids boxing that is offered.
