Those you of you giving One Star reviews must come back!! I’ve been a member of CKO since April 8, 2017. I cannot begin to tell you how fabulous this place is.The *NEW* owners are great people who care about your well being and are working on making CKO the best kickboxing facility here in San Antonio. They are going to extreme lengths to add new and interesting classes that include the TRX system, update the facility with new equipment and active wear including gloves, wraps and t-shirts, hold monthly Member Appreciation days, sending out a monthly newsletter to all members with new and interesting ideas for better health, the option to join in using the MyZone heart rate based system as well as giving the instructors the opportunity to become certified in different physical activities to introduce to their members!The *NEW* owners mean business!! Any issues of concern are heard immediately and a solution is quickly found. They even appreciate feedback; good or bad and are quick to make things right!I highly recommend CKO Kickboxing San Antonio!! Again, for those of you who left unhappy; give them another shot!!

This place is great. I have been a member for 2 years and let me say it is ONLY getting better. With NEW management there is so much more challenges and opportunities to create self goals. There is free child care for selected times which helps a lot. Plus there is an option of additional classes including a kids class that adds to the results. I LOVE it here and what's great is its not fake everyone even the members look out for you. It's like a family. Try it out... I promise you will love it!!!

Hi, former CKO member. I used to really love this place but the class times aren’t very good, the trainers are great but the class times sucked. When I canceled my membership I was told I wouldn’t have to pay anymore money. Then I saw another charge on my bank account from them. I kept trying to call for DAYS and nobody could be bothered to answer the phone, and I was then informed I would be required to pay another months worth of money even though I wouldn’t be going at all. CKO, you need to do better. I used to love this place, and from poor customer service I definitely have no love for it anymore.

I joined Dec 4, 2018 and it was the best decision I've made since marrying my husband 😊 CKO is like no other place. These people are absolutely awesome! The owners, trainers, and members are so welcoming, caring, motivational, fun, friendly, I could go on and on. If you're needing a great place to make a healthier lifestyle, this is the place to be.

This is an excellent facility to workout in! It is a family friendly environment to workout and learn in. The instructors are very knowledgeable in their craft and offer multiple ways to learn and grow. The workouts change from day to day, so, though it's the same principle, you'll never have the same workout twice! They offer classes at different times throughout the day so I've found it easy to attend class, they also offer free babysitting for select classes if you've got the kiddos. Though I've always loved it there, since the new owners took over at the beginning of 2019, they have expanded the gym with new equipment to expand your potential and push you to be your absolute best! I would recommend CKO San Antonio to anyone, of any fitness level!

The place is a rip-off! I wife did a one month trial at CBO and she paid for one month. She made it clear, only a 1 month trial and she DID NOT sign a contract. Before the month was over, she notified that she was interested in continuing. Even though she only swiped her card, they held on to her card numbers and have continued to swipe it. We went into the club and expressed our concerns, and they gave us the number of the owner out of town. We were told to contact her to cancel (no need to cancel because we only agreed to one month). Even still, we attempted to call the 'owner' and low and behold, no answer. We had to cancel out cards to stop the theft from this company. BUYER BEWARE....You given them access to your accounts and they will steal from you!!

If you are looking for a one stop shop CKO is the place to be. Every workout is fun and challenging and they keep you guessing! I love working out here because I am supported by everyone around me and theyve become my family 💪. The results are insane and you can really push yourself. I love that there is a mix strength training and cardio. I always have a great time here <3

I LOVE this place. Supportive staff and a 'go at your own pace' environment. They push you hard, but this truly is a place for all levels. Vikki at the front is amazing and helpful. They offer a free trial class that shows you how the class operates. Affordable and they offer child care as well. I don't get to go as often I'd like bc I work at night and there aren't any afternoon classes currently being offered. The trainers are all amazing and provide different exerpiences. No 2 classes will ever be the same. Try it, you'll love it too.
