It's a really nice location. Very clean and has a ton of amenities. The indoor pool is a huge plus. It's heated and very clean. Unlike other locations, this one does not have a sauna :( Small con. But overall really great facilities

This location won't prosper due to their staff members. The girl who I had an appointment to sign up with just wanted me to signup and did not pay attention to my request. She made me feel like a number and not an actual member, so I didn't sign up with her and her bad attitude.

So it's about 530 pm on Saturday and I'm here at the gym walking on the treadmill... And there are 2 young Hispanic male employees at the front desk with a personal speaker (not the overhead music speaker) playing very loud music with foul language and the n-word could be heard several times in the song that is playing.... As a black woman not only do I NOT appreciate it but feel that it's very disrespectful and inappropriate .... I have spoken to the corporate office several times in the pass about the behavior of the employees at this location but they somehow don't seem to care very much.

Great equipment. Indifferent staff (that’s cool, not a deal breaker). Supper messy, finding your dumbbells or weight plates is a Easter egg hunt. It’s local and got membership on sales so I’ll stick around, for now.

Not impressed with the staff here. They are always on their phone and make you feel like you’re bothering them when you have a question. It is not very clean and I question the frequency of how often it’s being sanitized. Maybe if the staff would pay as much attention to working as they do to their cellphones maybe it would be cleaner.

3 weeks and two-2 cable still out, poor service to all equipment.

I really want to like this gym cause it’s close to my work. It’s pretty clean and has some really nice equipment. The dumbbells are always in a disarray but that aside, this gym is so sooo busy. It’s like social hour with groups of three people socializing around equipment or people just sitting on their devices—when just about every single machine is in use, it would be nice to see staff manage the floor. They have signs for cardio equipment, just saying. This membership is starting to feel like a waste of my time because a few times I’ve walked out after not being able to find equipment.

This is my favorite location! Meloni is the best manager! She handled my questions, and made me feel really comfortable in the gym. The equipment is nice, and I'm really glad I chose this gym!

I love my gym! From day one I was welcomed and they motivated me to hire a personal trainer. My trainer Jerica is awesome and always pushes me to be my best! The personal training room is a nice perk too when I want to come in on a weekend and train on my own off the main floor. My only gripe is that people who do not have a personal trainer mosey on in the personal training area and use it because they think they can because the trainers aren’t there to say anything. Those who have trainers pay a lot for their training and apart of that is being able to work out in a designated area. How do I know these random people aren’t supposed to be there? Some guy came in today and asked if I’d mind if he trained next to me. I said no worries… he then proceeds to tell me, ā€œI know I’m not supposed to be in here, but…. Xyz, blah blah blah.ā€ I just put on my headphones and rolled my eyes. Wish there was some kind of key card for us to come in to filter out the random entitled ones who don’t pay to be there. Other than that I love this gym! I highly recommend coming here, just be respectful and use only what you pay for!
