Very clean, and the staff are polite! Weekend less busy. I am addicted to going. Remodel almost done!

This place is ridiculous. There are teenagers, high school kids, in the machines. Eating stuff. And wasting the time of others people that really going there to workout. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I can't w this place anymore …

The gym is always maintained and cleaned. The staff is nice and are always greeting you at the entry going in and out. The machines seem to always work well and if one breaks down, Planet fitness will get it fixed asap. Overall, the gym experience at this gym is great.

Always something wrong with this gym. If you want to use the toilet, bring your on toilet paper. They don't carry toilet paper. And employees seem not to care. I am thinking about cancelling this membership, mostly all of them have dirty showers.

Great place, great monthly price! Quality equipment, I've always been a fan of Life Fitness equipment. Still hoping for a personal trainer there but otherwise a terrific deal.

I like this PF. Not the nicest area but hey - it’s San Berdu. The gym itself is clean, great A/C, staff are friendly and do their jobs (unlike the ones at Highland Ave location). And they are generous with massage chairs. 10 minutes and if no-one else is waiting they will happily give 2nd round. The locker rooms can use a bit more cleaning, but it’s waaaay better than - again, the Highland location.

Upgrading is taking forever. Is a mess

Employees are rude and unprofessional several machines are broken and been like that for a long time right now it's under construction and they have porta potties outside but no washing stations so when people go back in the gym to the machines with duty hands 🤢 and I have a black card since you guys don't have the massage machines I don't think I should get charged full price!

Im definitely not one to ever make a complaint but my mother and I come to this location often and recently there has been no paper towels provided at the cleaning stations and when asked if they had more the girl employee said they’ll bring some out in a little bit when she is just standing behind the desk on her cellphone. I asked if i could just get a roll to put at the cleaning station and she said they cant do that anymore. When looking around there are two cleaning stations upfront that have papertowel rolls just sitting there so that seems strange that she would say that. I stated that i work out in the back of the gym and she told me i can grab some from upfront because they dont know how to refill them on the wall. This to me is very unprofessional and unsanitary. That means that unless you are working out towards the front people are not wiping down the machines they are using. Im sorry but i like to wipe everything down for my own health and so does my mom who is a senior. We dont like using a machine full of someone else’s sweat. This is gross. Unless some policy has changed please train the employees to make their rounds to see if the paper towels or sanitizer needs to be refilled vs them being on their cellphones behind the desk.
