I have been a member for several years and everything had been good until last Friday. I recently signed my wife up, however, they couldn't find her membership due to misspelling. The manager stated that my wife didn't spelled her last name right. My wife doesn't speak English, therefore, I relate that to her. The manager, who speaks little or no English, took it as an offense to her and refuse service. I decided to cancel both memberships.

I worked an event here the other day and the employees were incredibly helpful.The assistant manager Megan was informative and effective and it was one of the cleanest Plant Fitness locations I had ever seen!

I recently made a review on how my experience was with one of your staff members, it this past Sunday. I did receive a reply but to my surprise the manager on site is the one who was very disrespectful (female) 😒. Is there anyone else I can talk to? I would like to bring it to your attention so that it may not happen to other gym members.

Staff is friendly. Equipment is clean. My only issue is that the water from the fountain isn't cold but I guess I can't complain too much. 5/5 stars.

Very dark lighting and not enough a/c. If you need to use the showers there, make sure you get a hot enough workout in before to enjoy cold showers! The TV’s don’t have captions on so if you can read lips it’s fine or bring headphones to connect to a machine. But not everyone stays on machines only, let alone wants to keep watching infomercials 🤨🥴

Lots of equipment. They have free weights, Hinged machines, cables, Assisted pull up machines, treadmills, bikes, separate areas with turf, cleaning stations and they're not too crowded. I don't like the showers though. They take a while to heat up, there's a big hole in the drain and no secure place to put your stuff near you. I had to put my bag right outside the shower curtain with the handle inside so I could keep an eye on it. I'm still going to go back. I also would like it if the staff were more consistent with greeting and saying good bye. I know, I'm weird that way but it's nice.
